Ernst Marschall GmbH & Co. KG operates a gravel plant at its Wolfegg site, complete with conveyor systems, crushers and bulk material handling systems. To carry out maintenance, cleaning and inspection work, staff regularly had to access areas that had previously been difficult to reach. The focus was on health and safety, ergonomics and an efficient workflow.
Challenge: Safe access across conveyor belts and to maintenance and cleaning areas within the gravel plant.

The custom-designed crossings and work platforms improve health and safety and create ergonomic working conditions throughout the plant area.
