Exiting safely: New exit with handrail and platform now available

With the new item 20000972 – Exit with handrail and platform, we are expanding our range of access ladders to include a practical, standard solution for safe exits. The design bridges wall clearances of up to 440 mm, thereby meeting a common requirement, for example in silo construction.

Previously, exits requiring a cantilevered design generally had to be custom-built as special designs. With this new standard product, a mass-produced solution is now available for the first time, significantly simplifying both planning and type of installation. The sturdy platform enables a safe crossover from the fixed ladder to the exit area. At the same time, the integrated handrails provide additional support when ascending and exiting. This allows access to work and maintenance areas to be designed in a convenient, safe and practical manner.

A key advantage is that, in future, customers will no longer need to resort to complex customised solutions. This saves time in project planning, simplifies the ordering process and, in many cases, enables a more cost-effective implementation.

The new exit with handrail and platform is available now and can be selected directly via the configurator. This provides our customers with a well-designed, immediately available standard solution for greater flexibility and safety in vertical ladder systems.
